css changes to bootstrap.css

Hello Nicola,

First of all thanks for this great template. I really love it.

I need to wrap it inside ember.js, and hence make some changes. I noticed that while most of the css is in custom.css some changes are done in bootstrap.css, like tab-content5. Is there a specific reason there are not captured in the customs.css and are there more changes in the bootstrap.css that I need to be aware off?
I would like to capture boostrap.css from a cdn server but can’t do that if there are a lot of changes in it.
